We needed a bathroom update and decided to replace everything but the tub. CoCreations designed a beautiful bathroom for us, guiding us in our selections of tile, flooring, and countertops, and explaining the variety of materials and choices very well. They respected our needs and wants and were gracious about our requests and some changes to the plan. Nick and Ana did amazing work on my home remodel. We started with ideas and discussions on what would work and would be good. I hired them with a design contract and we went through the process of features, sizes, colors, patterns and such. We had a few meetings at tile and counter stores to pick the materials.

Ana has incredible skill at guiding to choose materials, colors, and patterns that matched a theme and worked well together. I had a couple of ideas that (in hindsight) would not have worked well. She explained what effect it would have, then let me realize that I wouldn't like that.

Working with Nick shows that he's done this before and understands what it will take to get results within a budget. We created line items of major features I wanted, then he let me prioritize what to do based on my wants and budget. His best talent here is his ability align the people and parts to come together at the right time. He didn't start the demolition until everything was lied up. So rather than a partially done kitchen for months, the entire project was done in less than a month. He even had the workers setup a small food prep area in the living room. The demolition was on a Wednesday and the base counters were installed on Friday.

I'm very happy with the process and thrilled with results. It was a great experience co-creating with them and I plan to work with them for more remodeling in the future.

We chose CoCreations for our kitchen remodel and would recommend them to anyone who is doing a remodeling project! Being first time home owners this was a big project for us and we were initially intimidated by the renovation process. However, working with CoCreations made the whole process smooth and much less stressful than I imagined. We were immediately drawn to CoCreations since it is advertised as a "turn key" company with both design and construction services included. When Nick came to our house for the initial consultation, he inspected both our attic and basement to get a better idea of the space. After deciding to move forward with CoCreations, we immediately went into the design phase with Ana. This part was a bit stressful since we had to make many decisions quickly. However, Ana provided guidance and helped keep us on track for our demo date. Josh, our project manager, was in touch with us daily with updates on our kitchen. When we got home from work, Josh or Nick often would show us what had been done that day and would ensure that we were satisfied. During construction, we decided to widen the scope of the project (take out an extra wall and do additional painting). Even with these changes, the project ended earlier than expected, was under-budget, and the work was stellar! During the process when we had concerns, they were addressed immediately and provided follow up to ensure we were happy. Nick and Josh constantly were doing walk-throughs to ensure that the work was up to their high standards. Overall, I was very impressed with CoCreations and would definitely work with them on future projects!

The look of her home was exactly the feel we wanted, so we called Nick for a quote. We discussed a kitchen remodel, a build out of a laundry closet, and the update of our mudroom. He was so sharp, kind, warm, interactive, and collaborative. We were sold from jump by his knowledge and attitude. We also loved the concept of a family-owned business run by him and his lovely wife, Ana. Ana and Nick were accessible throughout the project. Then they designed kitchen space and storage that enables my whole family to gather together for dinner.

We had them add an outside patio, too! It's been our perfect place to sit by the fire and watch our kids play on the swing set.

Everything is top quality. We feel like we made the best decision and this is from someone who always has buyers remorse. None here. They're the best for projects big or small. We can't wait to screen in our back porch and remodel our bathroom (after the kids get a little bigger!).
