This gorgeous home renovation project was done in Chapel Hill’s East Franklin Village. By changing a few architectural details and updating the whole first floor, we brought this home out of the 90’s and into the modern era. The homeowner wanted a more contemporary style to the home with an open concept kitchen/dining room and better accessibility to the living room. We introduced a better flow by taking down a few walls and brought in more natural light throughout the space.
