Nick Syros

Founder & Owner

Cocreations Construction & Design was created by Nick Syros who believes that we are all ultimately creators of our own life experience. He has found that in his career in the service industry of over 25 years that to truly provide exceptional service one must have reached self-mastery at some degree. The byproduct is a master in his craft, and he believes that takes much more than just getting the physical work done. He also believes that we are not just a construction company but first and foremost a “service” provider and breathes into the company regularly how important it is to show our clients that we are grateful for the opportunity to serve them and exceed their expectations of a job well done.

Ana Tavares

Owner & HR

Originally born in Portugal, Ana met Nick and married in August of 2012 and soon after started of family. She is proud mother of 2-boys whose energy levels are boundless. She has spent most of her working career in the Fashion industry, working the last 12yrs of her career for one of the leading Italian fashion houses. She managed over 65 retail locations around the world primarily in US, CA & Asian, of which she travel to and conducted corporate product trainings.

In 2019, she decided to step down from her corporate career and team up with Nick in the family business. Her strengths are client relations/customer service and expressing herself through her keen sense of design with the help of her clients. She has most recently moved into a more administrative role of the business and is enjoying new challenges

Josh Gupton

Operations Manager

Josh joins the CoCreations team with over two decades of residential renovation experience. He began renovating foreclosure homes at the young age of 15 which sparked a passion he continues to pursue today. He has equipped himself with the knowledge and skills of construction and managing projects over the years to produce profitable & quality work.

 

John Svara

Project Manager

After graduating from UNC and living for a time in Mexico, John has worked for over 20 years as a carpenter, independent contractor, and project manager. His role at CoCreations is to oversee projects from start to finish, bringing the designers’ vision to life while providing the best possible experience for our clients during the construction process. He is also a musician and a potter and is fluent in Spanish.

Sacha Henriquez

Interior Designer & Selections Coordinator

With 18 years of experience as an Interior Designer, Sacha has a passion for design and home decor. Having lived and studied in Boston for 14 years, this NY native is loving southern living. A single mom to a 12 year old son and cat, weekends are spent chauffeuring him around or exploring new thrift stores. She loves shopping, Hello Kitty, manicures and gummy candy.

 

Isabelle Parker

Architectural Designer

Graduated with my Undergraduate degree and Masters of Architecture from Bowling Green State University. My passion for Architecture started at a young age with building Lincoln log houses and growing to develop a passion for curating spaces that can influence the way you move and feel. I love having the opportunity to reflect my passion in the work I do everyday. In my down time I love doing anything and everything outside from hiking to camping to kayaking.

 

Brittany Overly

Marketing & Office Assistant

Brittany grew up in central North Carolina. She went to school for advertising and graphic design, gaining skills which she utilizes for the marketing and social media for the company. She has also been working in administration for over a decade while balancing work and her family at home. She enjoys the challenges that come from working in an office setting and is always looking for ways she can benefit those around her. She has an eye for seeing problems and a mind for finding solutions to them. Being a mother of three young, rambunctious boys has taught her how to juggle many tasks and has given her the ability to maintain focus in the fast-paced world of home remodeling.
