CoCreations Construction & Design was founded by Nick Syros over a decade ago, inspired by a lifelong passion for building that began in childhood dreams shared with his twin brother. Senior Project Manager

Job Details

CoCreations Construction & Design is a full service Contracting and Design firm specializing in new custom construction, additions, kitchen & bathroom renovations and overall any major home remodels. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who possess a superior work ethic that fits into our company values.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage home remodel, additions, or new build projects from start to completion
  • Coordinating/scheduling subcontractors. Build subcontractor relations. Ensure subs are working/doing job according to scope of work
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners
  • Ensure projects are done on timely manner, and to full completion
  • Ensure change orders are done accurately
  • Great work ethic, attention to detail, able to work independently and with team
  • Ensure all materials are ordered and arrive in time for projects
  • Able to read building blue prints and articulate it in construction and ordering/doing take offs

Requirements:

  • If candidate has carpentry knowledge its plus
  • Must have knowledge of residential construction
  • Only Local candidates (Durham NC or surrounding areas)
  • Must have reliable transportation, pickup truck required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Design and Selections Coordinator

Job Details

Cocreations Construction & Design is a full service Contracting and Design firm specializing in new construction, additions, and major home remodels. We are a family owned company offering a competitive salary for the right experienced candidate.

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Design Assistant/Selections Coordinator to focus on our Kitchen & Bath projects, additions, new home builds to join our growing team. This position is a perfect fit for a creative, detail oriented and ambitious individual.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design process includes but is not limited to: creating the proposal, the initial layout, product selections, and the final implementation Create detailed kitchen and bathroom designs using 20/20 software. Provide clients with 20/20 designs and presentations with selections.
  • Create job site folders with layouts for cabinetry, tile, and construction Making site visits prior to design and during construction as needed
  • Meet clients on and offsite and being available to them as needed
  • Problem solving through design and product selection
  • Communicate with clients and project managers during the project installation
  • Work with all levels of budgets and client personalities
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-year experience in the kitchen and bath industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of 20/20 Design software (willingness to take classes, provided by company)
  • Previous experience in residential construction preferred
  • Proven ability to take on client projects, stay organized and finish/close out project in a timely manner
  • Ability to represent self and company in a professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Working knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Time management skills and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident, self-motivated, and achievement-oriented
  • Must be an organized individual who has a strong attention to detail
  • Must be willing to travel when required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

We are looking for someone that is a self starter, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy, has a professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Details:

In this role he/she will work with the sales manager to bolster your construction knowledge, take the lead on insides sales; talking with perspective clients, updating job requirements, follow up on all new leads, set up appointments working with estimates and contracts. As an outside sales representative, you will listen to project needs, make recommendations and prepare cost estimates that address every part of a customer’s project taking into consideration all relevant factors in the plan such as: materials, labor, selections, allowances, etc.

Candidate will use every tool they have to communicate effectively with customers up until the time a job is booked and generated all necessary paperwork from a lead to a signed contract. This includes but not limited to: calling clients, emailing, using CRM software, meeting with clients in the office and at their homes.

Must Have:

  • Insides and outside sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive interactions with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • You are a tech savvy multi-tasker and has extensive understanding of CRM tools to help with their sales process. Builder Trend software Experience a huge bonus.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Suite, excel, word, PowerPoint.

Nice to Have:

  • Has used Builder Trend Sales funnel and Estimates for contracts
  • Knowledge of residential construction, kitchen/bathroom remodels, additions, new builds. 
  • Knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, lighting, plumbing and electrical
  • Read blue prints, 20/20 designs and relative construction documents.
  • Familiar with local and state building codes plus
  • Bachelors Degree
